| The following information is provided to aid you in configuring Outlook Express for your aklru.com email. |

Open Outlook Express. If this is the first time opening the software it might automaticly open a window entitled Internet Connection Wizard. If that is the case then you should skip to Step3. Step 1: Click Tools, then Accounts. |

Step 2:
Click on the Mail tab and the Add button. Select Mail... |

Step 3:
Enter your name in the Display name text block. Click Next. |

Step 4:
Enter your email address. Click Next. |
 |
Step 5:
From the pull down list select POP3. For both the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers enter aklru.com into the text blocks. Click Next. |

Step 6:
Enter your email address into the Account name text block. Then enter your password. Click Next. Click Finish. Select Tools, then Accounts as you did in Step 1. |

Step 7:
Select the Mail tab. Highlight the account you just created and select Properties. Select the Servers tab. Under the Outgoing Mail Server heading place a check next to My Server requires authentication. Click the Settings button. |

Step 8:
Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server. Click OK. Click Apply. |

Step 9:
Select the Advanced tab. Under the Delivery heading place checks in front of Leave a copy of messages on server and Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'. Click Apply. Click OK. Click Close. |

Step 10:
Click Send/Recv from the main toolbar to download your email. |
